Return & Refund Policy

For wrong product deliveries: customers must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We'll arrange for the item to be picked up and replaced promptly or issue a refund, though we won't be liable for any interest payment.

For missing items: customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll dispatch the missing part of the order after confirmation with our operations team. If a customer refuses delivery or is unreachable, we'll process a refund after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100).
For incorrect delivery details: customers are responsible for providing accurate information. If delivery goes to the wrong person, no refund will be issued. If the shipment returns due to incorrect details, we'll refund after deducting a conveyance fee.
For wrong items ordered by customers: we don't accept returns due to the consumable and body application nature of the product. 
Important Note:

Returned products must be unused and sent back with the original box to the address provided by Customer Service.
Refund/replacement is initiated upon product receipt, with funds credited to the original payment account.
Product images are for general information and may differ slightly from actual products.
